A study from the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Shopper Protection examined 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', 5 from the UAE and 3 from Turkey. It found that all 8 samples have been regarded "faulty". Five with the products sampled contained fats in addition to cocoa butter, which isn't permitted in products labelled "chocolate" in Germany.�
